Core Cancellation & Refund Guarantee
If a client subscribes to any CATIF service plan, they can cancel the subscription within 3 working days of purchase. Once the cancellation request is received and verified, your refund is initiated within 24 hours of cancellation.
1. Scope of Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all digital subscriptions, software licenses, website development packages, and cloud services provided by CATIF (Capital and Trading Institute of Finance) via our official domain catif.in and related platform portals. CATIF is committed to complete transparency, fair dealing, and customer satisfaction.
2. Subscription Cancellation Window
We provide our customers with peace of mind when adopting our automation solutions:
- 3-Day Working Window: Any subscriber wishing to cancel their active subscription must submit a cancellation request within 3 working days from the timestamp of payment confirmation.
- Initiation Timeline: Upon receiving and acknowledging your cancellation request, our billing team will review the transaction and your refund is initiated within 24 hours of cancellation to your original payment method.
- Post 3-Day Period: Cancellation requests submitted after 3 working days from the activation date will not be eligible for a refund for the currently active billing cycle; however, recurring renewals will be terminated immediately.
3. Payment Mode Refund & Chargeback Credit Timelines
Once a refund has been initiated by CATIF via our payment gateway (Zoho Payments / Banking Partners), the funds are credited directly back to the original source instrument. Depending on your payment method, the standard banking clearance timelines are:

4. How to Request a Cancellation & Refund
To ensure prompt processing, please submit your cancellation request through any of the following verified channels:

Option 3 (Client Dashboard): Navigate to your account profile on the client portal and click "Request Subscription Cancellation".
5. Custom Website Design & Bespoke Development Projects
For custom web engineering, bespoke design, and tailored API integrations:
- Pre-development phase: 100% refund if cancelled before design mockups or codebase initialization.
- In-progress phase: Prorated based on milestone deliverables agreed in writing before contract initiation.
